When do I have to start my application process?
The earlier the better. We would recommend for you to start 11 to 12 months before the date you want to start.
What is early decision vs early action?
With early decision you are committed to that one school you choose. On the other hand wih early action you can apply to as many schools as you want and you can decide to which one you want to go.
How many times do I have to write my essay?
Your essay is an essential piece in your application that’s why we help you by correcting, advising, recommending,etc… You will have to write at least 3-4 drafts before you have an essay with which you will be satisfied.
Do I need to take the TOEFL?
Yes. If your native language is not English you need to take the TOEFL.. It is important you prove proficiency in English.
Do I need to take both the SAT and ACT?
Most of the colleges accept either one. It’s up to you which test you prefer. Most of US students take both.On the other hand there are some schools that do not require these exams.
When should I start taking the required exams?
We recommend you start taking your examst 7-9 months before the application deadline.
Can I apply to scholarships?
Yes, there are many options.
Are my parents involved in this application process?
For undergraduate students this is an absolutely yes. Parents know you better than anyone else and will be able to provide invaluable information about you, your strengths, weaknesses and interests. We work as a team, you, your parents and us.
What are the items I am supposed to take care of?
In general you are responsible for your application. We are here to help you do everything as smooth as possible but without your collaboration and commitment there’s not much we can do.
Am I writing the essay?
Yes! You are the one writing your essays. We will help you by editing and giving you suggestions but you are definitely writing it.
Does FOSEAS guarantee admission to a college and/or University?
No. we cannot guarantee that. We work with you so that you have a strong application but we are not the institution admitting you to college or university.
How often can I contact FOSEAS?

What do I need to do to study Medicine in the US?
In order to study Medicine in the US, you need to do your 4 years of college first. On your third year or so, you should take the MCAT (exam required to apply to Medicine). Once you have your MCAT you can apply to Medicine.
